It's that time of year again...another birthday to try to forget. Suzy and Sydney came down for the long weekend, while Spencer spent the week on a dental service trip to the Dominican Republic.
I'm not really a big cake fan, preferring the calorie packed hot fudge brownie.
Dan, Shauna, and fam came over for a Mexican fiesta, then we retired to the basement so James could hear his Granpa play the guitar.
Shauna took her turn at singing along.
When Dan started to sing, James covered his ears...pretty funny. Den and I celebrated my actual birthday by going out to lunch and seeing Avatar. We really enjoyed it. Thanks to everyone for all the calls, cards and emails.
