Hanging out at Shauna's

Went over to Shauna's last night and watched the girls bomb on American Idol--hoping the guys will do better tonight. I wasn't able to get over before Valentine's due to a severe case of bronchitis that Den and I shared. We had a treasure hunt, made a St. Patrick's day craft, and built an awesome chipmunk house in the basement.

He is 6 months old and such a bright-eye little angel.
James got his own "camera" for Christmas and was taking pictures of Benjamin, too.

A Snowy Saturday

I looked out the window and what did I see? My boyfriend clearing the sidewalk for me!
But, I'm not going anywhere. I think we have close to 12 inches and it is really drifting with the high winds. We are supposed to get 2-4 more today.

I've Been Busy...

The long boring days of January had me at my sewing machine. I found this whole line of fabrics at JoAnn's that coordinate with my living room colors. Here is a sample of my handiwork.I made these valances for the two windows.
Pillows for the couch.
And wall hanging for art. I think the room looks great! Next, I think I will paint an upstairs bedroom. I can hardly wait for the warm weather, so I can get back outside!
